Meat can be bought per box of 15 kg. This is obviously no option when you're on holiday.
Ask Simone if there are any small portions left in the freezer. You just might be lucky to get a taste of some pure and superdelicious beef or lamb.
Eggs are usually available.
Down the road is a cheese factory where the famous Beemster cheese is made. There's a shop on the factory site.
New beef packages are available again from March 2026!!!
Veal from nursing cows: In December 2026 we will offer veal from nursing cows. This is a unique product you cannot buy anywhere in stores. The meat comes from a Parthenaise bull calf that spent about 10 months with its mother and therefore always had access to mother's milk. Fantastic meat with a distinctive flavor. Delicious for the holidays!
Beemster Cheese: the most sustainable cheese in the Netherlands and the most delicious! the cheese factory is 5 minutes cycling from the farm. You can visit the cheese shop there.
